Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Philind. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time: We aim to have 100% of orders shipped based on the cut-off. Orders placed over the holidays are prepared 2 days after the holiday. Sample: Wednesday is Holiday, preparation day is Friday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the delivery may be delayed. We have a fixed number of delivery slots each day and these are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. They might get filled up faster during periods of high demand and only slots available on later dates will be shown. We aim to deliver on the slot you select during checkout.

If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or mobile phone.

Customs duties, fees or taxes – if you ( customer) buy any product from us ( all customs duties, fees or taxes have to be paid by you ( customer ) separately . Charges depend on your shipping destination or country , size of product , brand and etc reasons . We ( ) are not responsible for paying customs duties , fees or taxes .

Delivery Cut – Off:

Order by 5pm for next day delivery. Unless delivery slots are full – you will be presented with later dates to choose from.

You may select your preferred slot at your convenience and add notes for details.

Delivery confirmation: You will be called to confirm your order and on the day your order is due.

Substitutions: Your picker will call you in case the item you order isn’t available. If we don’t hear back from you, we will do our best to give you the next best alternative – at a comparable price. If this isn’t available, we will deduct this from your final amount.

Missing items: We will do our best to check & triple check your order before it is delivered to you. However, in the rare instance that there are items missing, this will be deducted from your final invoice and you will only be charged for the items you receive.

Returns Policy: Please refer to Refund Policy page, please note that the Shipping fee of return items (that are not perishable) is care of the Customer and Philind has the rights to reject customer claims if reasons are not valid.
